Begin with May's appetizer--Fried Calamari marinated with citrus, cherry peppers and herbs in rum. May's Entrees include Seafood Quintet (Crab & Lobster stuffed Atlantic Sole, Monkfish & Gulf Shrimp), Sicilian Chicken, a spectacular Surf 'n Turf featuring three Bacon-wrapped Sea Scallops.
